Veppam Movie Review

Going with great expectations based on many factors which include amazing songs by Joshua Sridhar, Gautam Menon's maiden production, Anjana's direction, Nithya Menen - Well it was a colossal waste of time.

It took nearly 30 minutes to understand the plot and by then there was the interval. The movie deals with Drugs, Prostitution and more. The plot which we really only understand in the second half could have been dealt with more nicely. Too much of abusive language and filthy language spoils the plot.

I think this is the only movie which could make it to the Guiness Book of World Records for the most number of Beeps replacing Bad Language. Going on the 1st day evening show was the worst thing I could have done. Nithya Menen looks great but again not much for her to act except for some good songs. Karthick Kumar was amazing and I think it was a great performance from him. Hats off to him. Don't even think of taking your family for the movie because its filled with (SEX and DRUGS) all over!

Verdict: Veppam = Mass Kuppam

Jothika Delivers Jothika Junior

Jyothika has given birth to a beautiful sweet angel - a girl baby! She had her labor pain late in the evening of August 10th. Immediately, she was rushed to the Apollo Med First hospital on Poonamallee high road in Chennai. The baby girl was born at 9.22 p.m. Doctors confirm that both the mother and baby are in perfect health. Jo underwent a caesarean operation during the delivery. In a Press Meet held recently, Sivakumar thanked all the support that the fans had extended to the couple during their wedding. He further released the news of Jyothika’s delivery and expressed his thankfulness to all those who have blessed the couple and also requested the blessings of the fans for the new born.

Diet

Hi All,

I am now on a crash diet. I started this yesterday i.e. 12th of April. I have lost 0.5 kgs in 2 days. :)

Looking forward to loosing 10 kgs in 2 months.

Secret of the diet: No sugar, no oil in food, rare non veg food, eating only at home, more of fruits and more of juices and brunch with Cornflakes. :)

Cricket - India lead 3-0 against England

India won the 3rd one day match against England. Check this out.

Yuvraj Singh's smashing century led India to a 49-run victory in the third limited-overs international against England, providing the home team a 3-0 lead in the seven-match series.
Singh's blazing 103, his seventh one-day century, helped India post 294 for six in 50 overs. In reply, England was bowled out for 245 in 48.5 overs despite a defiant 93 by Paul Collingwood.
